ICE TEA HOMEMADE


I drink it very day. It is super tasty and heathly.
 NO SUGAR! It helps to lose weight.
Boil water 1,5 l put in 2 bags of your favorite tea. Mix the flavor!
Let the tea cool down.



Refine your tea with mint leaves, lemon/lime slices.



Put ice cubes and enjoy it!

Peel 3 ripe bananas. Cut them in small pieces, froze it. 



Puree it with 200 g yoghurt creamy.
Vanilla flakes let it looks tasty!

Strawberry-Smoothie

Frozen Strawberries 250g
500 ml Buttermilk
1 Banana
Puree it smooth



Other frozen fruits like raspberries or mango are tasty too!
