SUPER EASY & YUMMY!


250 g Mascarpone

250 g Greek-Yogurt
200 g Wholegrain-Shortbread
1 Tablespoon Honey
500 g Strawberries/Cherries

1. Mix mascarpone, Greek-yogurt and honey together
2. Crumble the shortbread
3. Wash and cuts the strawberries/cherries
4. Layer the shortbread-crumbles than the creme and 
to the end the strawberry-cubes
5. Repeat the layers in the cup
TIP: leaves it in the fridge about 12 h!






My favorite is the Cherry-Cup!
