Many things have to be considered behind the fashion week.
I was there and saw how the things have to be done.
The preparation of the runway took a lot of time.

The Teatum Jones team made the last finishing during the night.
In the morning at 08:00 the team put the collection, music box,
rails and the board of the collection in the transporter.

Between 09:00 and 10:00 the team built the backstage, the lights and the electronic
and the team of decoration layered the sand of the runway.
The runway looked great, it consisted of colored sand and a artwork.

At 13:00 step by step the models arrived to the backstage
and the designer of Teatum Jones made their last checking
of the models and the fittings.

After this the models went one floor down to the make up and hair team.
The room was full of make up artists, photographer and reporter.
The Teatum Jones team did alteration

At 16:30 the audience went to the show. In the backstage area, everybody of Teatum Jones had one model to changing, it went really well, without any problems.

It was a great Teatum Jones team and i am grateful and thankful to accompany with the team and the for the experience.

This year, teatum jones was the winner of the woolmark prize.
A great label with a creative collection presented also
in 2016 at the fashion week a fabulous handwork.
I was behind the scene of teatum jones and followed the steps of the final
preparation for the runway:

It's now exactly 1 month ago, since i moved to Antwerp. And i have to say, that i really start to love this city!
Did you know, that Antwerp is one of the oldest Fashion Citys? No ?!?! Me neither... haha, but now i know it (here are so many BIG designer offices based ;) )
But I decided to do an internship here.
I moved head over heels in a city, i've never visited before
And perhaps it is exactly what I needed, a new beginning even if only for a few months.
It's strange to move to a city, where you  don't know anyone and not even speak the language, but I see it as an opportunity to do something for myself.

But so much LOVE to my 5 roommates ( and the other 12 residents of the house ), thank you give me the feeling of being at home. And that just after one month!
